Some ideas you can use Raphael Sanzio
Raphael Sanzio is what we like to think of as a contrast colour. For example with a set of bedroom drawers , paint the outside of the dresser in a white or off white and then paint the drawers in rapael sanzio for a lovely contrast.
2 Tone Raphael by applying a base colour of Raphael Sanzio and blend Raphael Sanzio with Whiteto achieve a lighter shade and use a dry brush technique over the base coat. This can be done with a large floppy paint brush wiping the excess paint off on news paper or second surface and lightly scratch the bristle over the base coat.It will achieve a beautiful 2 tone effect.
apply a clear soft wax and once dry apply a dark soft wax for an antique look
For a hardwearing finish such as a table top then we recommend Glaze & Medium for a satin clear finish
Leave Au natural as a matt finish
Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino (April 6 or March 28, 1483 – April 6, 1520), better known simply as Raphael, was an Italian painter and architect of the High Renaissance. His work is admired for its clarity of form and ease of composition and for its visual achievement of the Neoplatonic ideal of human grandeur. Together with Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci, he forms the traditional trinity of great masters of that period.
